1st & 2nd StopMeet Guide & Coffee First

Join us discovering and tasting authentic food in the melting pot of Kenya.

Meet your friendly guide outside Fort Jesus and start by visiting a local man who started making coffee as a living 20+ years ago and now serves Swahili coffee to locals overlooking Mombasa Creek. Enjoy sipping on coffee with the sea breeze among the Swahili after-work buzz. Then, cool down with an icelolly / icecream made by a famous Kenyan chef.

3rd StopStreet Snacks

You’ll then proceed to try the famous bite size snacks made my a lovely lady who will share her story of how she started this small business and how to make the snacks, while sipping on sugarcane juice.
Snack on the variety of snacks, full of different flavours.

4th & 5th StopMama Ngina

Finally head to Mama Ngina drive, the ultimate Mombasa hangout spot for coconut water and snacks while overlooking the Indian Ocean.

What should I carry with me?

Carry a filled water bottle, it can get hot! Wear comfortable walking shoes, a fair amount of walking will be included.

How can I buy extra food?

Carry some cash in Shillings or Mpesa on your phone and you can get as much extra as you’d like!

Best time of the day for this tour?

We suggest doing the tour between 4-6pm, as the sun is a bit cooler and more street food vendors are open.
