Why? A positive and inspiring mindset is what we need. We all live in a world surrounded by technology, hardships and rush to overcome this we work through several initiatives and activities. Well-being is a core value of Travel4Purpose, that we hope to spread.
How? Guided by a teacher and followed up regularly to ensure practice is in place.

Each session is different, in general there is a holistic wellbeing focus. Every session we look at different techniques and practices to create a more joyful life.
